One-Way Video Interview
Following a review of your application, candidates who appear to be a potential match will be invited to complete a one-way video interview, giving us the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of their skills, experience, and motivations.

Assessment Day
On the 7th January 2027, candidates will be invited to an in-person Assessment Day, held in our London Bridge office. Further details will be shared with successful candidates.
